I read you column on AOL 1/28/09 and you complain about everything. Passengers have a right to ask questions. Who are you to say passengers are not allowed to say anything? This is why passengers get disgusted with flight attendant because most attendants think they are better than everyone else. Since 2001, passengers are more hesitant to say anything on a plane since they are afraid they will be arrested. Stop whining and do your job.
