On a whim I sent Jim Green of Zappos.com a quick tweet on twitter and asked, QUICK – which shoes do you recommend for a flight attendant? Then I told him that I’m looking for something in black with a low heel, a round toe, and a buckle (even though we’re not allowed to wear buckles), and five seconds later he sent me a link to these adorable shoes. I’m not sure about the black patent, because I’m really a leather kind of girl, but I do LOVE LOVE LOVE the style. I also think I might love Jim. Tell me this guy isn’t good! And that, my friends, is why I love Zappos.

They’re cute but I’ve never owned a pair of Steve Madden shoes that didn’t end up having some sort of issue that usually resulted in blisters. I just stay away from ’em now as a rule…and I’m rarely on my feet, lady.
