That is one of the GREAT hotels in Waikiki. While I prefer the Royal the Moana is my second choice hands down….the views from the west tower rooms are stunning!

We LOVE the Moana. We were there in 2007 during the Pro Bowl. Got to tour a few of the rooms that had already been remodeled when we took the Historical Tour of the hotel, but it’s nice to see how it looks after the remodel. Also love the Royal–my grandparents, parents and we have all stayed at the Royal many times!

I love that place and even if you do not stay there, some evening go, sit outside under the banyan tree, have some pu pu’s , a tropical drink, listen to the music and smell the sweet air…. ahh, paradise!

One of my favorite hotels in Waikiki! Especially love the ambiance around the banyan tree at night.
