Galley copies arrived today! “Galley” is term for a pre-publication copy of a book that publishing houses send out to reviewers and people in the press. I can’t even tell you how long I’ve been waiting for this day. Or how I feel now that it’s FINALLY here.  Or why I’m still typing and not out celebrating! On that note can somebody please pass the champagne!
It’s Friday, you have your book in your hands, I think the celebrations tonight will make up for it! Congrats!

Congratulations! I’m sure that you are delighted. As you have learned… assembling and producing and yes, printing and binding Any book is a slow, cumbersome process. In some cases it takes far longer than writing the darn thing. I’m waiting for the reviews… If the book is something other than an extended trashing PAX, I’ll probably order a copy. Congrats again, young woman. You are now a Published Author!! Inpressive. -CG

Congratulations!! As a former Pan Am flight attendant who turned in her wings for a pen years ago and published a book in 2007, I congratulate you. I look forward to reading it. I am working on my second book.
