I just don’t have words to explain how much I enjoy reading The Cockpit Chronicles and the Galley Gossip, thank you for sharing all of that. I don’t fly very often, one international flight and a few domestic flights a year ( most from Brazil ) but I really admire your work as Pilot, co-Pilot or flight attendent, I really do.
I also want to say that after reading posts I start understanding better the problems involving the flights and that makes me a better costumer. Sometimes we complain about things that we really don’t know what is going on behind the scene and people end up putting the blame on the crew. I am referring your website to all my friends and trying to spread the word so both sides will understand better each other. I don’t know which company you work for but soon I will be flying with Air Canada from Sao Paulo ( GRU ) to Toronto and Toronto to Calgary. I hope one day have a honor to be one of your passengers.
Dear Jean Claude,
Thank you, thank you, thank you! And thank you again. It’s an honor that you not only read my blog, but will also refer your friends to it in order to spread the word so that flight crews and passengers will better understand each other. That is very kind.
Yeah, that's me, the one standing in the aisle wearing flammable polyester...
