In all my years of flying out of New York, I’ve never seen anything quite like this before. The gigantic snow pile took up three regional jet gates at JFK airport today. The flight attendant standing in the snow is over 6 feet tall in heels! And she hopes to make it back to Cincinnati tonight… Yeah, right.

Amazingly enough, I did make it back to Cincinnati! It was a bit of a struggle, but we finally got out. I wish the best of luck to everyone else dealing with the NYC area airports in the next few days!
